I retired from NOAA/NCEI after a 30 year career with the US Federal Government. I am a Physical Scientist specializing in global observing system climate data (remote sensed & in-situ, data access and documentation) and data management quality. I have been contributing to the WMO international expert teams for several years. Presently I am the co-chair of the WMO SERCOM Expert Team on Data Requirement for Climate Services and a member of the Expert Team on Information Management and Technology.
